You are purchasing access for one (1) person to the Delegate Like a Boss Membership, referred to below as the “Membership” or the “Product,” from 8point8 Virtual Assistance Services, referred to below as the “Company.”

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase access to the Membership.

You and the Company shall be referred to as “the Parties” or “Parties” below.

The Membership includes access to online learning courses, worksheets, resource files, and other materials furnished by the Company, along with Email Consultation Services. By purchasing access to the Membership, you and the Company hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”) following legal terms and conditions.

 

Membership

​

Your access to the Membership will take effect upon your initial payment during registration either with a monthly fee or annual fee depending on your subscription choice.

​

As an active member of the Delegate Like a Boss Membership, your benefits include the following:

​

• Membership Library (Ten Days to Task Freedom, Task Buster System, Task Delegation Instructions, and Process Templates): You will have access to the training videos, online courses, files, resources, or content in the Delegate Like a Boss Membership Library through the Learning Management System platform currently used by the Company.
   

• Pocket Consultancy Service (Email Support): You have the ability to email questions and concerns related to Task Delegation, Team Building, Team Nurturing, Productivity, and Scaling your Business. The Company will respond to you in 2 (two) business days or earlier.
   

• Monthly Masterclasses: You will have access to current Masterclass trainings available upon your enrollment and future monthly trainings uploaded to the Membership Library for as long as your Membership remains active and in good standing.
   

• Referral Commission Payouts: You may request your unique Referral Link upon enrollment in the Membership. Once you receive your Referral Link, you are free to invite your contacts, social media followers, or any interested party/person to join the Delegate Like a Boss Membership through your Referral Link. For every successful referral who pays and enrolls through your Referral Link, you will receive a commission. Accumulated commissions for valid referrals will be paid out through your PayPal account on a monthly basis.

 

Payment Policy

​

You are responsible for paying the Membership’s subscription fee at the time of registration (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing a valid credit card or other payment method. Your subscription payments will continue indefinitely unless you request to cancel your Membership or if the Company chooses to terminate your Membership for any reason.

 

Discount Coupon Verification: Discounts or Coupons (if any) offered for the Membership are subject to verification of eligibility by the Company. If, after making this purchase, the Company determines that you do not meet the eligibility qualifications for the discount offered, your monthly or annual subscription payment will revert to the full price as currently published on the www.8point8.net/membership webpage.

 

Payment Default

​

In the event that your designated payment method fails to process the monthly or annual fee on the scheduled billing date, and the charge is unsuccessful, the Company reserves the right to suspend your access to the Membership and all your applicable benefits as outlined in this Agreement.

​

The Company cannot be compelled to continue providing you with access to the Membership and sending your commission payouts (if any) in the event that your Membership has become deactivated due to Payment Default.

​

To re-activate your Membership access after a period of Payment Default, please reach out to the Company through membership@8point8.net. Please note that any referrals who used your referral link to pay and enroll during the time that your Membership was deactivated will not be considered valid referrals. Consequently, you will not receive any commission for such referrals. The Company strongly encourages you to ensure that your payment method for monthly or annual subscription to the Membership remains valid and available continuously.

Refund

​

The resources, files, training videos, and other content in the Delegate Like a Boss Membership are proprietary and unavailable to the public. When you register to be a member, you will have gained access to such information and therefore cannot reverse the act of gaining access. Therefore, your Membership subscription payments, once successfully transacted, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Intellectual Property

Upon payment and registration, you will have one username and password to gain access to the Delegate Like a Boss Membership library. You agree that the Delegate Like a Boss Membership library contains proprietary Content that is owned by the Company and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading any Product Content, including but not limited to any sharing on social media sites, is considered theft, and the Company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Company provides you access to the Membership solely for your personal, noncommercial use, and you agree that you will not use any of the content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement.

You agree that all Content provided to you by the Company is the Company’s confidential and proprietary information and intellectual property, belongs solely and exclusively to the Company, and may be used by you only as authorized by the Company.

 

Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee that you will get results using any of our ideas, tools, strategies or recommendations, and resources in the Membership, Content, or this Website. You understand and expressly agree that your use of the Company’s Website, the Membership, and this Website is at your own risk.

By purchasing access to the Membership, you accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from your action and participation and that we offer no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your earnings, business profit, marketing performance, audience growth, or results of any kind.

You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life and business, which are dependent on personal factors including, but not necessarily limited to, your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, network, and financial situation.

You also understand that any testimonials or endorsements by our customers or audience represented on our Memberships, websites, content, landing pages, sales pages, or offerings have not been scientifically evaluated by us, and the results experienced by individuals may vary significantly. Any statements outlined on the Company’s Website, Memberships, Content, and offerings are simply the opinion of the original author and thus are not guarantees or promises. We offer no professional legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice.

 

Indemnification & Non-Disparagement

You agree that you and the Company shall each defend, indemnify, and hold the other harmless (including all affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, actions, judgments, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from bodily injury, death of any person, damage, real or intangible, to personal property resulting from the other's acts or omissions or the breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under this Agreement.

The Parties agree that, at all times during and after the validity of this Agreement, they shall use reasonable and good faith efforts to ensure that neither Party engages in any vilification of the other and shall refrain from making any false, negative, critical, or disparaging statements, implied or expressed, concerning the other, including, but not limited to, management style, methods of doing business, the quality of products and services, role in the community, or treatment of the other Party. The Parties further agree to do nothing that would damage the other's business reputation or goodwill; provided, however, that nothing in this Agreement shall prohibit either Party’s disclosure of information which is required to be disclosed in compliance with applicable laws or regulations or by order of a court or other regulatory body of competent jurisdiction.

 

Non-Employment / No Professional-Client Relationship

 

Your interaction with this Website, the Delegate Like a Boss Membership, including the application of any advice or the use of any resources and content, does not establish an employer-employee or professional-client relationship between you and the Company or any of its team members.

 

Termination

The Company is committed to providing all members in the Membership with a positive Membership experience. If you fail, or the Company suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the Company, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, may: (a) limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Membership without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments; and/or (b) terminate this Agreement. Your obligations to the Company under this Agreement will survive expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

 

Changes

The Company reserves the right at any time to modify this Agreement and to impose new or additional terms or conditions on your use of the Delegate Like a Boss Membership. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions shall be effective immediately and incorporated into this Agreement. Your continued use of the Delegate Like a Boss Membership will be considered your acceptance thereof. Limitation of Liability

By using this Website and the Delegate Like a Boss Membership, you release the Company from any liability or loss incurred by you or any affiliated party as a result of accessing and using the information and resources from this Website and/or the Membership. Binding Effect

This Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the successors, executors, heirs, representatives, administrators, and permitted assigns of the Parties. You have no right to assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise. The Delegate Like a Boss Membership is a non-transferable Membership.

 

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, inducements, or conditions, express or implied, written or oral, between the Parties.
